- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 5 oz. horseradish sauce
- 1 c. Catalina dressing
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 Tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce
- Put all ingredients in a large glass bowl.
- Microwave in high for 4 minutes.
- Stir well.
- Microwave for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Stir until smooth.
Will keep in refrigerator for 1 month. You can also freeze for up to 3 months.
